Digital Delivery (“Shipping”) Policy — Mishka Media Ltd (U.S., Digital Products)

1) What We Sell & How Delivery Works

We sell digital products only (e.g., downloadable guides, checklists, templates). No physical goods are shipped and no shipping fees apply.

Immediately after a successful purchase:

• A “Download now” button appears on the order confirmation page so you can access your files right away.

• We also send a download link to your email for your records.

Delivery is considered complete once the download button/link is presented or the file download begins.

2) Access Window & Re‑downloads

We don’t cap the number of download attempts. If you ever need your link re‑sent (for example, you changed emails), contact us and we’ll help.

Tip: Save a copy of your files to your own device or cloud storage for future access.

3) Order Status Emails You’ll Receive

• Order confirmation: purchase details + download link.

4) If You Didn’t Get the File

If the download button doesn’t appear or the email isn’t received within a few minutes:

• Contact us at the support email above with your order number, and we’ll re‑issue the link.

5) U.S.‑Only Sales

Our products are offered to customers located in the United States. Orders from outside the U.S. may be canceled and refunded if processed in error.

6) No Returns / No Refunds

Because digital files are accessible instantly, all sales are final and non‑refundable except where required by law. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7) Compatibility & File Security

We deliver standard file formats (e.g., PDF, DOCX). Please ensure your device and software can open these formats before purchase. You’re responsible for maintaining your own backups.

8) License & Acceptable Use (Summary)

Your purchase grants a personal, non‑transferable license. Files may not be shared, resold, or distributed. For full terms, see our Terms of Service.

9) Age Requirement

By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 16 years old.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we post changes, the “Effective date” above will be updated.
