- U.S. Customers — All Sales Final All sales of digital products to U.S. customers are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once digital content has been delivered or access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable U.S. law.
- U.K. & E.U. Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under consumer law in the UK and EU, customers generally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases before the download or streaming of the product begins.
By completing your purchase, you: • Acknowledge that digital delivery may start immediately after payment, and • Consent to losing your 14-day withdrawal right once the download or access begins

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation of eligibility.

Delivery is considered complete when: • The download starts automatically, or • The access or download link is presented to you.
If your download does not begin automatically, use the “Download now” button or the link in your order email.
- Technical Support If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your files, contact us at simplesolotravel@gmail.com. We’ll help resolve access issues, but this assistance does not constitute a refund.
- Billing Errors & Unauthorized Transactions If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized transaction, notify us promptly so we can investigate. Verified billing errors will be corrected in accordance with applicable laws and card-network rules.
